The residents/visitors hang out on the steps at all hours of the day & night. We smelled marijuana smoke almost every night coming from our neighbors balconies. Once a friend came to visit on a day we weren't home and a "friendly" nieghbor told him we weren't home, described our cars and the hours that we normally left for work & arrived home. We were broken into & had valuable electronics stolen. This place is a ghetto, stay away. Spend the extra hundred or so a month & rent a decent, safe apartment!
