I have lived here for 7 months. I awoke this morning to gang markings everywhere. When office staff was contacted they were not concerned at all and said it is probably just kids. My 8 year old son has found drugs at the park. Neighbors hang out in the breeze way and smoke marijuanna and you can see beer cans and liguor bottles laying around the apartment grounds. The pool was closed more often then it was open. The days the pool was open the water was nasty and smelled like you were swimming in a creek. People would let their kids(under age 2) swim in pool and one day it was closed do one doing #2 in the pool, and they parent of the child just got up and left and did not tell anyone.

you are so right...now its paintings on the wall...i heard the manager made a tenant upset...this property is going down especially since the asst mgr left about 2 wks ago...trash in breezeways, never can get anything done in my apt and I just moved out last weekend. When u have an "i dont care" management..u get this type of consequence tenants have to deal with...i will never recommend this property...never!!!
