I chose this complex over Arbor Vista and Wesly Pond due to the construction and floorplan layout. So far the extra $50 a month is worth it, my side of the complex is louder than a few of my friends but that's due to a group of college students below me. Management can only do so much about that but when it comes to quickly resolving my complaints for others to stop piling thier trash or maintance to come out to my place,its always been quick. I plan to renew but I still plan to take photos of everything for my records. Best advice I can give to advoid being charged with property damage is report problems as soon as you notice them-renting apartments are just like buying a used car-a used car may have everything you want inside but its not going to be perfect-look for all the small things before signing anything!
