I truly had a great experience with the office management and staff. However, in the building I live in, the noise is medium, but I am very disappointed in the fact that the residents do not scoop their dog's poop! It is disgusting and imperative that you watch where you are walking on the property. Another bad thing is there is abosolutely no parking if you retun home after 8pm any given night.
