I lived in the apt complex for 2yrs... i bought a house and moved out in december of 06. The new mgmt is trying to charge me almost $6,000 for damages. My apt was left spotless when I left. The rent was way to high.... anyone who is thinking of moving here beware..... the office lost my rent checks on several occasions, then tried to send me a notice with late fees.... the former mgmt was wonderful, the new mgmt well you might as well throw them out with all the garbage that piles up. the rent is way to high. i was paying almost $800 for 2br. i now have a 3br house with almost an acre of land that i pay about $40 more than what i was paying in rent!!!!! oh and don't get home past 3 or 3:30 pm, b/c you will wind up parking 5 buildings over b/c there are none left in front of your building......
