Due to a job transfer, I will be leaving the area and must move. If not, I would stay here because it is a nice place, the staff there is pleasant to deal with and it is located in a good place.
I also happened to read some of the other reviews and find it vulgar and inmature that someone would make statements like that. All I can assume is that someone didn't get their way and felt they had to lash out at the manager.
All I can tell anyone who reads this is to go check out the property and the staff, and you will see what I mean.

Just because you were treated fairly, doesn't mean that everyone is treated the same way, so please have an open mind and know that everyone that is responding is responding this way for a valid reason. Yes, they are for the most part nice, but management is suppose to manage, not make excuses for what they fail to do. Put yourself in someone else's shoes before you pass judgment on those who are not getting the great treatment you are. It's not about getting our way, its about being able to live in a safe and decent neighborhood and having competent people doing their job which is being a manager. Take a closer look and see what really goes on, trash out near the compactor, trash found near the mailbox, disrespectful people who have no consideration for the law when driving into the community. The speed limit says, 10 miles and my child was almost run over from someone going much faster than that. I was almost hit because some one failed to stop at the stop sign. What we have said it not vulgar and immature, by you not recognizing our views and thinking that we may be right is niave on your part. I wish you well in your next apartment. And if any of these things should happen to you, think about us here and maybe have some remorse for judging us too quickly.
