The apartments are very nice as far as looks and comfort. The area is very quiet.
However, the apartments are not well insulated and you will be able to hear your neighbors wash clothes, walk from room to room, and do other adult things.
Also with the new apartment owners, there is a noticeable change. Trash builds up by the dumpsters on the weekends, the buildings have not been pressure washed. Now there are several spider webs and dusty areas in the corridors.
The management and certain employees are unfriendly, uptight, uninformative, and is lax/passive when it comes to fixing problems. When the company changed hands, I was told I owed money as well as interest. They were unable to tell me what the initial charge was for so they had to remove the charges. Afterwards I felt very uncomfortable with their business sense and would ask for a receipt. To make matters worse, one of the employees refused to give me a receipt for my rent.
Also, if you want to get into the pool, I would suggest getting there very early. If not you will not be able to have some were to sit because of all of the sunbathers.
I have had ants problems. And the neighbor turn over is unbelievable. It could be because they are buying houses. It may be because they are having some of the same problems I am.
Finally, if they tell you there is a business center that depends on how you look at it. There are two computers. Sometimes they don t work. Most of the time the printers are not connected or are out of order. With the new management, you are not allowed to make copies or send faxes. They have to do it for you and they don t want you to go into the room with them.
If you are looking for something that is pretty, this is the place for you. However, if you are looking for amenities and quiet neighbors this place may be risky.
