I have lived at Century at Arbor Place (formerly Lenox at Arbor Place) for almost a year now... I'm moving out at the end of the month. Their apartments are highly overrated. Over a week ago, I told one of the ladies in the office that I needed a light bulb changed in the entry way of my apartment. After it still had not been done on Thursday, I went back and the same lady said they would take care of it today (not really seeming to care). I went out of town Thu and got back Sat and the light bulb still hadn't been changed! It has been over a week. That's the latest issue, but I have had several issues concerning anything from the gates (that ARE NOT worth paying the extra $$ for) to not having heat the entire winter to the maintenance guys not knowing what they are supposed to be doing. On top of everything else, this apartment is the highest rent I have heard of in the entire metro area (including Midtown, Vinings & Buckhead) and it is in DOUGLASVILLE. There is no market here to be able to raise your prices that high. The apartments look nice and fairly new, but that's about all they have to offer.
