Well where do we begin' Seriously'

The manager is a nice lady at least she has been to my face. Hopefully all of the remarks on here arent true but who knows now days. I do have a huge issue though with the Maint. Staff. They are the laziest group of men I have ever seen. I have personally asked them when I see them in the complex about something in my apartment that needed fixed and they were doing nothing but sitting on their A$$es in their shed back in the back of the apartment complex! They didnt have to walk 100 feet to look at the issue but instead told me to place a work order for it and they would come and check it out. The manager has tried under the circumstances to keep our breeze ways cleaned and has done a good job of doing so under the current dought conditions. But there are still so many soliciting papers or trash that just fills the halls. I try to clean it but dont feel that it is my job all of the time to clean all of everyone elses garbage. Instead of the maint. men sitting in their shed I think she should put the butts to work cleaning the apartments.

Maybe it is a management thing now that I am thinking about it...She manages them. But for what we pay we have no ammenities, and the grounds always have trash on them. LETS GET OUR MONEY WORTH!

I agree with you. I have asked with a service request to fix the light in the computer alcove because it is flickering and I am constantly getting shocked bad when I go to turn on a light and to date no one has fixed it. It has been two months now. I have also complained about my neighbor who is very noisy and am ready to move because I cannot sleep at night because they choose to do laundry at 11 at night and vacuum and drop things on the floor that sets my migraines off. I am ready to move but I don't want to pay them $1,950 for their inadequacies. Who turns the fans on in the breezeways? What are their purpose?
