I've lived here for about a year now, and I think I've got this place figured out. The ladies in the office are all really nice and accommodating. I've had no issues with parking, which is a surprise cause I figured there would be with the few spaces around my building. The main thing I was concerned about was noise coming from disrespectful neighbors. Fortunately, I haven't had to worry about it. There is virtually no noise aside from the Friday nights I hear people at the bar behind me, but it only lasts for a little while. The apartments themselves are new, spacey, and comes with a washer and dryer which was a huge plus for me. The appliances are black with nice marble counter tops. I've noticed no trash lying around aside from the occasional flyers that get stuck in your doors. Safety has been no issue as well. No one making trouble, and the police are very rarely out here

For the good, there is one bad thing I've noticed. I've had an issue with my dishwasher for the last 8 months or so. I've placed 4 work orders about this issue, and they still haven't stopped by to check on it. It's not that I can't handle the problem myself, but if those guys are being paid to do maintenance on the apartments, then they should do it. That is the one flaw I've seen here. Other than that, I've extended my lease for another year. You could do a whole lot worse than this place.
