Who wants those ugly arms at the gate' People won't stop at the big wrought iron gates, what makes you think they will stop at a little arm' If we had an arm gate people would bust thru it and then our rent would go up, because they would have to keep fixing it. I also have heard of only one car getting it's tires and wheels stolen.I am a garage renter and have never heard of one getting broken into. I think you have seen some doors off their trax and you think they have been broken into.
A for a stolen car i'm not to sure about that. A big white truck with 2 guys in it was scoping out the parking lot looking for this car.It was 3:30am I seen the guys they spotted it and took it. I take it as a repo,doing their job.
Cameras do work, if you haven't notice the dog poop trouble isn't as bad.(thanks cameras). If your one who don't pick up after your pet your being watched, and you will get a fine.(Go Pooper scoopers)!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why are you worried about the gate at the pool' everybody in Douglasville knows the code, we can thank all the drunks that hang out in front of the office window with their beer bottles in tow to thank for that.
If you don't like it here go to Pennicals they will welcome you with open arms.
dirty pool, no kind of gate, bugs, always broken dumpster, and no police on duty anytime. we atleast can call the office and they will get ahold of an officer.
They won't tell you to call the Douglasville police.
Yes this place isn't like it you to be, but they could be worst.
Go check some other apartments out in the area, you will see what i'm talking about,
or you may have already checked some out thats why your here.
I have been here for alooooooong time and would trade it for any where else.
