The name of the company who owns Lenox (Century) Arbor Place is 1st Communities. I too have asked for the number and have been unsuccessful. Wonder why'

I have tried sending them a letter to complain shortly before the manager of First Communities passed away and the letter was returned undeliverable. I found that strange. Right now me and my family is staying in a hotel because of the bug infestation in my apartment. There was what I think was a water bug in my bedroom. They spray and spray and nothing happens. I have a noisy neighbor who everytime I go to complain, they basically dismiss me like I am a child saying didn't you complain about that already? Meaning they refuse to speak to the tenant to ask them to keep their noise level down. Yet I continue to lose sleep every night and being awaken by their stomping and partying two and three in the morning.

I thought I seen some guys spraying in an apartment with masks on but I thought it was being painted. What building do you live in? I had a friend who lived in the 1200 building and their apartment was infested with bugs too. Even got in coffee pot and VCR display. What is the address to send letters to?

I lived in the 1200 building and and was the first to move and the first to complain about the bugs. The bugs have been in that building for 3 years now.... AND THEY DON'T TELL ANYONE!!
