My wife and I recently moved out of Century at Arbor Place. We have lived there for 4 1/2 years. We moved in at the opening of the complex. We transfered to 3 appartments during our stay at this complex. Some complications.....not many though. When we moved a lady from the office came and walked the appartment, which was cleaned and turned off all breakers. Before we went out, I noticed that on her checklist she wrote, "Nail Holes". Puzzled, I ask, "Am I going to be charged for nail holes'" She stated, "It depends, you could be." I told her that I had transfered twice before and have never heared of such. I proceeded to move and 2 weeks later, A BILL for 30 dollars. for NAIL HOLES!!!
When I called to talk to Cynthia about it she states that she may be able to do something about it but it is corporate procedure to charge for nail holes. (I'm talking about PICTURE nail holes, not Hammer thru the walls holes.) She then proceded to say, "Well, we also are now having a problem with the appartment that you lived in. We see flees. Our dog has been on a flee regimen for the 2 years that we have had him. Never a problem with flees. NEVER. However, the people on our floor of the building in the other units, have many dogs and cats. She had the audacity to act as if she was going to charge us for a problem that occured after we have moved out! LOL....
Please all of you who are considering Arbor Place..... THINK!!!
Barbara is the greatest thing to that community (mgr), everyone else comes to quick and leaves too quick to become attached to their community.

thanks for telling me that. I am about to move out next month. I have only been here a year however. It has been the most traumatic move for me in a long time. I have been trying to get the office to do something about noisy neighbors that I have above me and when I went into the office a few weeks ago to ask a question in hopes of justifying why this tenant stomps throughout the apartment, Cynthia comes out and says' didn't you complain about this before. It doesn't matter how many times I complain, your job as office staff is to notify the tenant of their noise and inconsideration to other tenants. NOTHING has been done. I have been basically ignored saying that this is apartment living. And the roach problem is unbelivable. I have emptied out everything I can and still don't feel comfortable cooking in the apartment. I know you are glad you have moved. This is not normal apartment living. This is a nightmare. Truly
