From the Outside it would appear, hmmmm, nice apartments..... You choose an apartment because the schooling is right conveniently across the street for my children. Oh Oh!!!! I lived there for 7 months. In those 7 months my apartment flooded 6 times. With repeated calls to repair, and a permanent hole in my Laundry room that was a first attempt to repair the flooding problem. Nightmare after nightmare. First Week we were there my son was beat up by one of the children in the complex, and from the time we were there it was pure hell for my children not only at the complex, but at the Elementary School. Kids hanging out, harrassing children as well as adults. Children urinating in stairwells, throwing garbage everywhere. A gun found by the Children's swings. My Car vandalized by the lovely children in neighborhood.... Need I go on... Ugh!!!! I ended up breaking my Lease, and got out of dodge, only to never recieve my promised refund of my deposit back, because of all the heartache.....
