From the outside looking in, most of the complainers are the ones whose rent is not paid in a timely matter and consider themselves being harrassed by the managers for not paying rent. The managers simply do their jobs - these guys just complain hopeing that someone will take notice and give them free rent! You have drugs on every apartment community grounds as well as most every expensive subdivision. Spend your time trying to help those less fortunate than you instead of criticizing those who do work!
