I never wanted to move to Millwood. But my husband liked it and i thought it would be ok. I was wrong. First of all the management is terrible. They brought in a lady from another complex and she is ----- in the flesh. She was very rude and never got any work orders done. When you go to the leasing office to make your paymne the manager ------ and "-----" ------- are always gossiping about who is late and getting evicted. They are very unproffesional. the police are there so much they are thinking about turning the clubhouse into a samll police precint. The pool was filled with Vienna sausages and the packaging when i first moved in and it hasnt changed. The water is always dirty and there are always at least 25 unattended children using bad language when no guidance. you can pay a reasonable amount of rent and still get ok in most cases, but not a millwood. Save your money and find something else. the buildings are infested with ants and roaches and its a terrible place to raise kids

I know you, you lived above me. You were a terrible neighbor with your husband always playing his misic loud and that screaming kid of yours. You are mad because I reported you to the office and they sent you a note to keep the noise down. Yes I lived in building 1, and I still live here and I have never had bugs. Maybe you should check your own house keeping instead of blaming management.
