Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
I had given them 30 days notice to previous move and they still want to charge me for an extra month. They have come out several times to my apartment for the same repair of a backed up sink that really never got fixed. I hear having due to old rusted out pipes. Bugs and roaches were bad in the complex and I only saw the exterminator once every 6 months. I guess you get what you pay for.
