A very sweet 71 yr. old woman was murdered in this complex the other day. She was beaten to death. There is a $10,000 reward for any info. leading to an arrest of the monster who did this to her. She had been broken into already and had asked management to move her to the front. They NEVER did, but this doesn't surprise me at all with this ghettofied dump.
If you want to feel safe in your residence, this is not the apartment complex for you. This complex for yr's has had a horrible reputation in Douglasville. Yeah the rent is cheap, but the negative things about this place doesn't make it worth the cheaper rent. This place needs to have a huge gate around it and 24 hr. security to even attempt to make it 1/2 way safe. I think they let anyone move in here who shows them the money. Also a lot of men on the sex offender list live in here as well.
