they lure you in with the rent price of 549.00. then when its just a day or two past your sixty day limit to notify them that you are going to renew your lease and stay, or move so that you can get your deposti back--- they send you a letter telling you that your rent is going up anywhere from 50.00 to 100.00!!!! now you have gone past your sixty day notice time frame in order to get your deposit back!! so you are stuck or you lose the deposit. then after your next 6 months are almost up they hem and haw around making you think that your rent will stay the same until you sixty day time limit is out of the question then they SOCK YOU WITH YET ANOTHER INCREASE IN RENT!!!! it appears they continue to do this EVERY SIX MONTHS!!!! THEY REFUSE TO TELL YOU THIS AT THE TIME YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE IN THE BEGINNING!!!! they also state that water, sewage, and garbage is included. well, yea!!! for 1st time renters during the first six months!!! then they charge you 35.00 extra a month for this!! even if you know you only use about 15.00 a month in water!!! as far as security goes --- well, they are only here for a FEW HOURS SOME NIGHTS!!!! OH AND DONT FORGET THE CATS CATS CATS CATS RUNNING LOOSE EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! my advice --- PAY THE FEW DOLLARS EXTRA TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND MAKE SURE THEY TELL YOU EVERYTHING UP FRONT AND SIGN A YEARS LEASE!!!!!!!
