The management tricks you to move in. They offer any kind of incentive for 1st time renter but once you lease is about to be over, they increase your rent $100.00 so you could negotiate with them. But they are willing to reduce it to only 50$.00. They will let you think that they are the cheapest complexe so far in Douglasville. HELLO!!! Of course they are!!! What do they have to offer, nothing only a pool, and what''' Many times a police officer has knocked at my door looking for people so they could serve them warrants. Many times I ahve been questionned by officers. When my concern was expressed to the management and I spoke to Cheryl who is one of the leasing agent, her answer was that they only had problems with loud music nothing else. They will refuse to admit that there was a murder on the property (a 71 year old lady). They will tell you that you are safe but they won't tell you that the under cover officer is on the property payroll. Anytime that there is an undercover officer on a property there is something wrong. I can wait for my lease to be over so I could get out of there. You cannot stand in front of your door to talk to anyone, you need to be inside your apartment. They have the right to enter your apartment without advising you. Basically, you are paying to be in jail. I have been having problems with roaches, I have asked to clean the apartment many times and no results. It's digusting. Anyone having to rent there, please pay extra and go somewhere else. There are other communities that are offering more advantages, are cleeaner and where you will feel safe. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THERE. AND IF YOU MOVE THERE, BE PREPARED TO BE HARASSED.

I leased here in March 2008 and for the amount of rent I pay I am very happy. The staff is always very nice and all of my repairs have been done within 24 hours.

Believe me when I say moving out of there is the best thing that you can do. I personally know plenty of people who work for the Douglasville police dept., and I could write all day telling you of the issues in that complex.
This complex has had a horrible reputation for 30 yrs or more. I have grown up in Douglasville, so therefore you know of the areas to avoid like the plague. This complex is one of them.

Major roach problem, lots of dumb rules like no standing on your own balcony (not even to smoke), I stayed there for six months and recieved two notices for my rent to go up, it has been two years and I have yet to recieve my $100 for using rent.com and everytime I would ask the staff about it they would give me the run around, my husband knows Twin creek apartments as "crack creek apartments" because of the high level of drugs that have gone on there for several years, I have come home several times to a "maintnance man" in my apartment who was there to fix something that was not broken (when there was something broken, they did fix it quickly), the apartment was constantly falling apart, I was scared/did not feel safe taking my daughter to the neighborhood park, and I was followed home several times by members of the community. It is a ok place to live for someone who is use to staying in the ghetto, high drug volume area or never leaves their home; but one might as well spend the few extra dollars a month to stay elsewhere because you'll end up spending it at Twin Creeks anyway onec they up your rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE, THE INITIAL SAVINGS OF A FEW DOLLARS IS NOT WORTH YOUR SAFETY!!!!!!
