There is no security. The apartments are trashy. Maintance takes forever. My lock on my door was broken and they did not fix it for 2 weeks. The apartment managers are rude and will try to milk you out of a lot of money. There are no washer drier hook ups. The pool is dirty. They say they have basketball courts, but yeah there are no nets. You can hear everything that goes on in the apartments around you, and I mean everything. The lighting around the buildings are inadequate. They have parking but while I was living there, they had a lot of problems with cars being broken into. Yes it is on the wolfline for NCSU. But if you can find another place to live. NCSU has a parking lot that is free at the fair grounds and the bus comes every 10 mins. Just don't waste your time or money on these apartments. They maybe more affordable than some apartments, but they are cheap apartments. IF you can dish out 50 more dollars for a better apartment.... Do it.

Are you sure you left a review for the correct complex? There is no NCSU anywhere near these apt's nor any fairgrounds. NCSU is in NC. These apt's are in Ga. LOL
