These apartments are nothing but hotels. In our brochure it said we had central air, what a joke (a hole between the living room and bedroom wall..ha) then we were constantly having problems with roaches. They would come out and spray nothing would happend, I'd pay my money and bomb no roaches for a week and then they were back. If you decide to move in this place do not pay for than $500 for a one bedroom, that was our mistake, just pay the additional money elsewhere and run for the hills. As soon as my lease was up I gladly went home to my parents!
The breaking point was when the manager ( I can't leave any names but she's the white lady who's pregnant...or she probably just had her baby by now) was caught entering my apartment with out my permission! Oh, yes, I knew someone was in my apartment and then my neighbor told me that they thought she lived there because she was constantly in my apartment! I posted up and caught her oneday and she had the nerves to say that she could do that because she the ground manager!!! So if your thinking about this place, think REAL HARD!

The reply obviously is coming from someone who works there. I am only on here reading reviews, but just had to reply to this one. I would be FURIOUS If I found out that someone was snooping around in MY place while I was out working to pay that rent. Unless they are going in there to make a repair, there is ZERO reason for them to be entering her apt. on almost a daily basis. It doesn't matter what a lease says, because guess what? A good lawyer can get past that part and file suit against them for invasion of privacy, or various other laws. I just hope this person didn't have any belongings stolen by this nosey apt. manager. I hope they fired this manager.

I'm looking for an apartment right now and these reviews are crucial to my decision. There is NO reason and I mean NO reason a manager should enter into an apartment without the renters permission. I will not even think of moving here, although I have nothing to 'hide,' I value my privacy. Also, the response to this review sounds like it may be from office staff, which leads me to believe that some of these good reviews are also from the office staff.

Your neighbor,( a resident there as well?) didn't know the "manager" on the property there and thought the lady "LIVED" in your apt because she was there constantly? Oh please..!!!! What planet did you come off of....any time you live in "any" apt, management has access to the dwelling anytime , any day...read your lease! Hmmm, wonder why "your" apt was being staked out so often( if that is even true!) hmmm, girl----What did you have going on in there!!!! Roaches? You problaby brought em' in there when you moved in! (laughing)
