I lived at Parkwood for four years and was very happy. The community is very quiet, kept clean and has friendly staff. I only had to move for more space. Let me tell you being single story is a great advantage. Where I live now I constantly hear my neighbors. I'd only rent single story after my current experience. I rarely had any maintenance issues and when I did they were taken care of immediately. I'd definately reccomend this community.
