My finance had an apartment at Parkwood Apartments for two years. I lived with him
for the last year. I had never lived in an apartment before and had always felt it
would not be pleasant after living in a house. I was really wrong. Parkwood is a
single level apartment with no one above you. There are neighbors on the sides and
behind you, but the buildings must have been built really well you can barely hear
any noise from your neighbors. There is plenty of parking and it is well lighted.
The security is great I never heard of any major incidents in the complex. The land-
scaping is beautiful. There is alot of older flowering scrubs and trees and the
maintance of them is great. The office staff is friendly and always helpful. The
maintence crew is excellant also. They always respond to your call and let you know
when they can come by. It is a pet friendly environment also. We have just moved
from the complex, but only because we had a house to go to that I inherited. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone friend or stranger that needs to
find a home.

Maintenance crew? I'm jealous the old management company had me running around there by myself! lol. I hear Emperian is a great company to rent from and the Property Manager there was great to work with for the brief time I worked with her before I left. It amazes me how the management over the past couple of years has really improved the overall quality of the property and the services they provide.
