I have lived here for over a year because I was told if I signed a 2 yr lease I could move in on a "special!" It seems they are running different "specials" every month. They charge me a late fee after the 5th which I think is resonable but then they UP it to a different amount at a different time every month and the fee has to be paid separately from the rent. I would like to know where this money is going.
Since this last group of management has been here the place has completely wore down. The people that have been here for years are moving and the trash is moving in. We have the police out here daily. Drug busts, stabbings ect. and when management is called, they blow it off.
The trash is piling up. The apts are run down. And putting people in the street and moving their belongings on the side of the road really looks bad.
We desperatly need a new manager with an attitude that cares!. Where are the old ones' I would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone moving to Douglasville.
