I have lived here for 8 months and so far I have yet to take my trash to the dumpsters without chasing rats away or should I say them chasing me away. They are as big as cats. I live in a bottom unit and the moisture in these apartments that accumulate causes mold to grow on the walls and carpet like fur. Isn't this dangerous' When you go to the office if you see anyone there your lucky. And when you do approach them about issues the response is "yeah, we know". What's that' I know you know what are you going to do about it' I was told I could transfer but would have to pay a transfer fee of $300.00. Why' The neglect of these apartments is terrible and the treatment of the residents are even worse. When my 12 months is up I'm outta here.
