I loved my apartment. I really did. It had a beautiful view, the neighbors were all pleasant. It was quiet. Only negative incident was on Easter Sunday when someone hit and run my new car. Not the management's fault.

So, Why won't I recommend them' The management sucks. They were horrible. No care or understanding. I'm in the military and when I was sent away for 6 months and my room mate (non-military, but government worker) was transferred, they made us pay full termination fees. Can they do it' Yup. Is it incredibly obonxious' You bet it is. Getting maintenance done we virtually impossible. The entire staff changed 3 times while I was there and the dumpster was constantly broken. Never once worked, nor did the car wash facilities. The pool was broken as was much of the "fitness center" equipment (what little their was.

The management acted like I owed them something everytime I spoke to them. I won't even get into paying rent (which I did early every month.) What a disaster that was for my bank account.

Upside, beautiful view, quiet, lots of parking (I have 2 cars) and fairly spacious.

Would never live there again.
