Let me tell you....this place sucks. False sense of security. They maintenance people are a joke. I lived there for nearly 10 months. The residents below me were constantly fighting, smoking pot in the parking lot and using the parking lot as a mechanics shop. My apartment was constantly infested with ants.

The office staff is a bunch of lazy good for nothings. Not very accommadating to the residents. The manager is never available. She is a joke. The grounds are trashy and the garbage compactor is always overflowing and disgusting. The rats have it better than the tenants do.

Run....Run as fast as you can and don't waste your time or your money!!!

So they are really this bad now? Damn when I lived here back in 1993 these were actually some of the nicer apt's in Douglasville.
