It was clear based on the water damage to the bathroom cabinets that there was previous water issues in the bathroom. Everytime it would rain hard the bathroom and carpet would be filled with water. I thought it was just my apartment until my neighbor next door showed me that the middle of their livingroom would get wet due to the rain. Mold began to come in through the sheetrock and the chemicals that were sprayed to prevent mold to not help the walls. I was later charged for the replacement of the carpet, when it was clear that the padding and the carpet should have been replaced anyway. Who wants to move into a new apartment where there is mold growing under the carpet. Management told me that "the carpet would not have been damaged due to the water, it was damaged based on spots". I don't know about you, but I would rather deal with spots then mold growing under the carpet. Becareful if you move in, maintenance will enter without your knowledge.

OMG! I thought I was the only one with the mold problem. We moved out at the end of July. Gnats, thousands of ants in each room, termites, mold, wet carpet, gigantic hole in wall for two months...It always took a minimum of two requests to have management call back and another two to have maintenance come. They had thousands of excuses for the crappy conditions. The dumpster was always gross. The exercise room is a joke. Walking through the parking lot was like walking into an ant hill. I would always find ants crawling up my legs as I drove to work. It was ridiculous. I wouldn't board a pet here. Oh and the asst director, Amy is the biggest nit with and Kim the director is extremely condescending. Fourth grade educations perhaps?
