Steven Bell company now owns Stewart Mill. Since they have been here they are currently in the process of a huge undertaking. I believe they are done with replacing the plumbing in all the bldgs. They have repainted the stairways, doors, trim, and balconies. They bought new furniture for the pool area and put a roof over the trash dump; I haven't seen the rats since- but it is hard to see in there now :). They also put in a dog run with ramps and such. They are currently replacing the windows and re-landscaping. So as you can see they are pretty vigorous about improving things. As far as the tenets go; I think the worst ones are gone but it really depends on what part of the complex you live on. I haven't heard anything though. I live on the top floor so I've never had the flooding issues. The only bugs I've ever had a problem with was ants in the summer and I take care of that myself. Though they do have free bug spraying available every month. There is a new Kim in the office (not the same Kim who was here before) Amy is still here though :(
So we will have to see if things improve in areas such as maintenance and etc. I am hopeful. It had become kinda ghetto but it isn't that bad anymore. I know in some other bldgs they had partying teens-20's but as far as I know they are all gone now.
