My fiance and I lived there for almost a year and had to break our lease. We understood that they would keep our security deposit, which was $150, and pay one month?s lease violation fee. Which we did with no problem. However, we were under the impression that once we moved out that we would receive our $300 pet deposit, but we did not. We had the carpets cleaned, patched the nail holes in the walls, cleaned the apartment from top to botton, etc. Four months later (after we vacated the apartment) we get a bill for "due property"...we called and they couldn?t explain what it was....fine. It was ridiculous! We made one month?s payment and forgot the second, then paid it off in the third month. Now we are receiving collection notices that we haven?t paid the charge at all! We have called Wesley Pond staff and they have yet to return our call! We have the paid in full receipt that Wesley Pond Apartment staff mailed us!!
Upon our advice and experience, don?t rent here. They pretned to be nice and accomodating, but really it is a disorganized and ill equipped office. Spare yourselves of the heart ache and go to some of the newer apartments. There is a really nice one going up near the post office.
Good luck! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
