Quiet and pleasant

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
I have lived here for 4 years. Had one major maintenance issue that was fixed very quickly. A/C went out, they replaced it. Hot water heater went out, replaced it next day. Only complaint is staff isn't as knowledgable as I would hope. Terms change at every renewal. Water usage is a real pain.
