My opinion!!!!!!

I think that Wesley Pond apartments are money hungry. When I lived there, it took forever to get things fixed. When I moved out there was things that had not been fixed, that were suppose to be fixed when I moved in. Months after I moved out they charged me more money. They said that it was because I used more than fifteen dollars a month for water. I have lived in a house for months and my bill has not been higher than eight dollars. I think that they just cheat people out of money. The complex is nice, but I am not the only one that they have screwed for money.
