Well just like everyone i knew in Wesley Pond NO One received their deposits back. On top of that you have 5 minutes to react to their monies past due and they turn you into a collection agency. I have paid the trumped up charges and I am still trying to clear up my credit. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE. Maintenance is not worth a damn either it took 5 trips to my apt to get the air conditioning fixed during a week of 98 temps. DONT DO IT
