I lived here for over 4 years. In that time I had 6 different maintenace people and 5 different management changes. Nice security for resident's sake. Why live here when they won't even stay working that long. A real hassle to do 2 U-turns everytime I wanted to leave building and go left, not the apartment's fault, but the city of douglasville. Buildings are old and have old building issues. Turn on the vacuum and the lights dim. Water useage and pet fees change as frequently as the weather, any who have lived in Georgia know that's often.
Overall not bad, but don't expect anything from the management that they have to move off their lazy asses to get. Especially the current one.
