Management is incompetent and maintenance is lazy. It took 2 months to get our A/C in effective working order in August/September! Management is never able to give you a straight answer about anything. Also, rental criteria has gone down. Management was aware of crimes being committed on property and never made tenants aware of this information. Also, so much for a gated community...the gate was broken and accessible to all 75% of the time. I would not recommend this property, obviously.
