I lived at Wesley Pond Apartments for 16 months. While I was there, they forged my signature on the move in inspection, one that they failed to do. Then, they tried to charge me for replacing the carpet- going by the move in inspection that they forged my signature on. Also, I never received my security deposit back for my first apartment with them and the place was immaculate. To top it off, when I asked for a copy of my lease, they had changed the rent amount and the ending date. Beware of the management here. They are untrustworthy, rude, and unprofessional. The "gated community" is a lie- the gate is never closed! The prices aren't that great and the maintenance is even worse. My advice- be very cautious if you decide to move in and get a copy of everything that you sign!
