I had applied for an apartment at Wesley Pond Apartments. I changed my mind and i was still within my 72hrs of getting my refund back.She told me I had to show proof that I called and left a message (that really pissed me off) I had such a hard time with the leasing staff. Nasty attitude with Lori ((yeah Im telling you who she is)). Tho i was warned before I even went to go look at the apartments about how bad the customer serives is at Wesley Pond Apartment. One of my co-workers was not happy staying there and she moved! I don't know about you, but customer service is very important to me, and that they don't have!!!!!!!!!
