Maintenance sucks,corporate doesn't care that the management is terrible. You have to deal with the Complex manager who is incompetent. They will find any excuse they can to keep your deposits and get more money from you. No loyalty to good tenants who pay on time.

I would have to agree. I just recently moved myself and they took my deposit. I agree that the new manager does not know what she is doing. I feel sorry for the people who are out there still. My new place is wonderful I needed a light replaced and in less than 24 hrs they were there to fix it. I was not use to that. It wook Wesley Pond 3 months to fix a hole in my ceiling that they made. WOW!!!! They indeed suck. Anyone wanting to move there THINK TWICE AND JUST SAY NO NO NO!!!!

We counted the days until we could move out. Their website is a bunch of lies. The corporate office of Wesley pond is as bad, or worse than the management there. They got rid of the manager a few months ago, but that did not help. The little miss corporate they sent to fill in was clueless and made it clear that being at Wesley pond was beneath her. Their $200.00 referral fee is a joke. They would probably find a way out of paying that too. I do not know anyone I dislike so much that I would refer them to Wesley pond. We are so glad to be out.
