I AM CURRENTLY A RESIDENT IN WESLEY POND, I MOVED HERE IN MARCH OF 2009 THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE YET!!!!!!!!!! SINCE I HAVE BEEN HERE I HAVE SEEN 2 DIFFERENT PROPERTY MANAGERS WELL SHOULD I SAY 3 NOW...... SINCE MARCH..... I HAVE MOLD IN MY APARTMENT!!!!!!!!! I CAN NEVER GET ANY WORK ORDERS COMPLETED....... THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE, THE POOL ATMOSPHERE IS TERRIBLE... YOU WOULD THINK THE LEAST THEY COULD DO IS BUY NEW & UPDATED POOL CHAIRS ETC....... I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY FORMER EMPLOYESS THAT THE MAINTENANCE MEN EITHER DELETE THE WORK ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PUT IN OR THAT THEY SHOW THEY HAVE BEEN COMPLETED & HAVEN'T.... I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FINDING A NEW RESIDENCE....... WESLEY POND IS A DEF NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR THE MONEY I PAY IT IS SOOOOO NOT WORTH IT... SINCE I HAVE BEEN HERE ALMOST EVERY TENANT I HAVE SPOKEN WITH HATES IT..... I WISHED I HAD NEVER MOVED HERE...... k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I totally agree with you about wesley pond. They have no management there or at there corporate office. We have been out of there for four months now and were so glad to get out of there. The problems with our apartment were unreal and so many of the units have fire hazards that have not been addressed. How this company stays in business with the people it has running it is hard to understand. When we were there if we saw anyone coming out of the office with information packets we would stop and warn them. I kept up with some of the ones I talked to and at the time we left had kept at least four families from making the horrible mistake of moving into wesley pond. I know the airheads at corporate could probably care less but this made us feel better. I wish back when we were looking for an apartment we had known about all of the different apartment ratings on the web. That would have saved us a lot of headaches.
