I'm sooo glad we have new management. I think they got here at the first of the year and I already know things are changing. They seem to be tough on those who need it and helpful to those who need it. I hope they continue, I might stay longer if they do!

I agree that they've cleaned the place up a bit - but I don't think they're tough on those who need it. What about the person who's banging on drums till way past 10pm? What about the kids who still congregate on the tennis court doing God knows what? And the little girls who ride their bikes in the parking lot with no adult supervision? That's just begging for a tragedy, in my opinion. As for helping those who need it ... I've been leasing month to month because I wasn't sure when I was going to move and the manger, Linda, told me that she would hold my apartment and how lucky I was to have come and talked to her in time. Well, my new apartment came through and when I went to tell the office that I would be moving at the end of this month, the woman told me my apartment WASN'T on hold. If you're not going to do it, don't say that you will! The more I think about it, the happier I am to be moving - hopefully my next place won't imclude a downstairs neighbor who's always smoking pot and having sex with really loud women. Other than that, the place is great.
