I lived here for 14 months and it was a complete nightmare the entire time! When my lease was finally up, they tried to charge me these ungodly fees because they said my apartment was damaged due to my pets- 1 cat, who did not cause ANY damage at all. I'd paid a pet deposit, and after lots of red tape, they finally just kept my pet deposit and did not charge me anything else, since I'd paid a DEPOSIT to begin with. There was really no reason for me to loose my deposit, but I was more than ready to wash my hands of this place, so a lost $200 was fine with me!

I Know thats right, I also lived here for 12 months, the manager when not outside smoking cigarettes like a crack phene is inside yelling at residents. I was in the office when she was cursing out a resident one time!!!!! Hopefully when you visit the community she will have taken her medication so she wont call the police on you before you walk out the door!!!
