Not looking too good...

I've lived in Autumn Village for about two months and let me tell you my experiences:

First of all, when I live in Stonebridge Apt.'s in Sandy Springs, whenever there was an incident that occured in the apartments, a letter went out explaining exactly what happened and what to look out for. I just received one of those letters from the AV staff and it just told us they were aware of the occurances...THAT"S IT! They didn't even tell us what happened or what to be cautious of.

Second, when we (Me, my boyfriend and our daughter) moved in, there were a number of things that needed to be fixed that went un-noticed. Until this day, I have placed an order three time to get the faucet fixed and they keep coming and claiming they fixed it, but it still leaks. The one time I accidentally left my gate key in my boyfriends' car, they tried to charge me for letting me in, knowing I was a resident. Maybe we should fine them everytime the gate breaks! Which is EVERYDAY! I had a real bad pest problem at my last apartment (all the roaches and bugs you can imagine) so I'm a little happy to see that the only thing infesting these apartments is termites! Which I haven't seen since I reported them to pest control.
Let's see what else...Oh and the comments about feeling unsafe, I don't ever see people hanging out outside or staring me down, maybe it's the side I live on. I feel pretty safe, so far. But that can change.
The leasing office is very rude. It's like, once they lock you in to that contract and get your money, their whole attitude changes. Oh, and they got rid of that fruit cake, Bill! So basically, it's not looking too good for Autumn Village.

I guess credibility enters in when reading comments written by someone who won't even sign their name...
