I have been in the complex for about 2 months and personally, I haven't experienced any problems thus far. I am a single female and it seems pretty safe to me. The staff is very nice, it's close to my job, and to the malls. So I guess I can say I'm happy. Before coming to Autumn Village I visited the other properties on the street and either they were out of my budget or looked runned down. I hope this helps.
