In reading the reviews I guess everyone has had different experiences. I really enjoyed living there at the begining, but it didn't last long. I totally agree with other coments posted about the management staff. The leasing agents are Ok, but manegement, especially,Tania, are very rude.

My move-out statement was $1,280.00 and was sent directly to a collection agency. Most of what we were being charged for was normal wear and tear. They didn't even give us a chance to see the bill and they did have our forwarding address!

All in all we refused to deal with local management as we knew we wouldn't acomplish anything. After all was said and done we only owed $250, which most of was the water bill. That's over a thousand dollar difference!!

If you ever encounter a problem with the management staff don't bother to deal with them, you will get nothing! Following is their Corporate Office info., which they won't give you even if you ask for it; that's who we dealt with. Good luck!!!
