I lived at Autumn Village for 7 months and I complained about numerous things that was wrong in my apartment. My bathroom was molding behind the toilet and they painted over it. Also, the bathroom always smelled like mildew. The closet made my clothes smell like smoke from my neighbors. The garbage disposal NEVER worked even after I complained about it. The toilet was leaking water which never got fixed so my water bill was high every month in a 1 bdr. apt. And last but not lease I ordered an outfit for my girl in her name to surprise her and they wouldn't even accept the package in the front office because her name was not on my lease even though I told them that I ordered it and she had permission to pick it up. Then they tried to take up the price of the apt. once my lease was up after all of this....So AUTUMN VILLAGE AND THEIR STAFF SUCKS!!!!!!!! DON'T MOVE THERE!
