the office staff will not fix anything. I have called the police 3 times. I have had many things happen since I have moved in. this by far has been the worse apartment complex I have ever lived in. When I call to make the leasing office aware of issues they do nothing. People in that office need to do their job. I can expect certain things to happen and you deal with certain things when living in apartments but they take it to the next level. I have spoke to them about the kids just hanging out. I have caught kids looking in my vehicle. I would not refer anyone to these apartments. The apartments look nice on the outside but the experience has been very far from nice SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I lived here two years the first year was fine but the second year,what a dramatic change in staff,maintance and tenants.you can not count on the staff to do thier jobs nor can you have one of the maintance people come and fix a problem it will be weeks before the come and attend to your problem.YES! there are teens looking in peoples cars and hanging out on the playground smoking pot late at night.We had three police officers and a secruity firm that is useless on the property and crime has risen here.we've had car break-ins and gun point robberys here during this year.Since then two officers moved out and only one courtesy officer is left.but the secruity here sucks they come here and sleep at the front gates and sometimes there not even here.Everything would have been fine if they didnt let all these section 8 people move in "government assisted".I understand they have to rent these units out but come on we have good families here be considerate,now we cant let our kids play at the playgrounds any more.but i know they don't care and iam moving out
