Management is horrible. They act as if their head is in the clouds. They don't fix anything; they pretend to lose work orders so that they don't have to fix anything. The crime is up and security is down. You can never find any parking spaces. Maintenance only put band aids on things; they never really fix anything.

There are always a bunch of kids out at night. I found kids sitting on my car one night when I was leaving the house. When I reported this to management they acted as if they did not care. Kids are pulling fire alarms; shooting BB guns, tearing out screen windows. The complex has gone to HELL.

I can't count how many people I have seen move out after only being here for less than 6 months. I know people who have been so fed up they broke their lease just to get out. I cannot wait until my lease is up so that I can get the hell on.

I would never recommend this property to anyone. If you are thinking of moving into autumn village don't.
