My husband moved here first in 2006, that time I was in California...I moved in with him soon after. The place is great, do not get me wrong...they have nice staff and more or less the maintenance people come to fix things around.

However these are the things they need to work on:

KIDS RUNNING AROUND (teenagers too) at night/until midnight; I do not know if they have parents or if they even live here.

TENNIS COURT needs to be lighted up at the right time. Several times now I called to their maintenance about the court being lighted too late, especially when we have a home match going on.

SECURITY, SECURITY, SECURITY-- For those who has not been robbed yet, you are lucky! And I do not wish any ill will on you guys... My husband just got robbed while going out of our apartment. I was in the car waiting for him with our daughter...I saw those guys, then I found out when the police came that there were several incidents with the same probable guys reported the time when my husband got robbed!

SECURITY, SECURITY, SECURITY!!!--- I have seen a lot of times cars coming in behind us when we come in the gate, without gate cards...and sometimes the SECURITY PATROL is even there!

Facilities, I cannot ask for more...if that is enough that they can do...I am easy to please...but with the safety of my family I cannot compromise it.

Where can we go that we can afford when all we can afford is a place crawling with thieves and robbers'''

If you want just a place to stay, enough amenities, sure this apartment is good enough for you....but if you want a place where you can go out any time at night and not be scared if somebody is following you....spare yourself the effort!

We are neighbors. My apartment was attempted to be robbed at 2.30 pm last 10-24-09. THe alarms started just in time when the thieves were kicking the door with us inside so for fortune they ran away, after that the police arrived but there was not much to do since they were gone. THe police said they will keep an eye around. We as neighbors is important to let others know and take precautions.

Thanks so much! Yes we have to help each other out...warn each other. Ourselves, our family, our lives are at stake... Whenever you have experiences like these, it takes a piece of security in your lives....and it nags and gnaws inside...than in itself is a crime!
