We've lived here since last June. This place is great. The only real bad thing that I can say about this place is about the ex-maintainance manager. We were walking our puppy about 5 months ago around the complex and the ex-managers jack russel attacked our dog. He claimed he would be responsible about the whole thing. He paid the vet bill but we never saw him after that. Fortunately he has since quit and moved away. This place is very well kept and landscaping is top notch. Lassie in the front office is outstanding. It's very quiete here with the exception of one or two younger guy's weed whacker import cars. Maintainance is awesome. Chuck is always on top of things. We had a light go out in the kitchen and he was here before I was even ready for him. There are two or three people that drive way to fast thru here. I definitely recommend this place. The trail outback is the best especially if you have a dog that you can't help but have cramped into an apartment. Come check it out.
